Additionally, participants can now easily navigate between the program, challenges, and social dashboards, making engagement more seamless and efficient.

Expanded coaching programs for prevention, mental wellbeing, and condition care

Navigate continues to redefine employee wellbeing with an expanded suite of coaching programs designed to deliver integrated, impactful care. The enhanced offerings now include cardiometabolic and mental wellbeing support, covering prevention, mental wellbeing, tobacco cessation, lifestyle, diabetes, hypertension, and weight management.

"Pharmacist-led condition care coaching has helped 90% of participants improve high risk health factors or high risk health categories, reducing healthcare costs and improving quality of life."

  • Biometric screenings and wellbeing results review: Coaches empower with personalized guidance on biometric and HRA survey results, areas of need, and next best step they can take to improve their health and wellbeing to increase preventive actions that reduce long-term risks
  • Mental wellbeing coaching: Addresses the deeply intertwined nature of mental health and overall health with accessible, cost-effective solutions, including biometrics results review and personalized coaching for preventive care and mental wellbeing
