Mental health can be a challenge for some employees in the best of times. But during the uncertainty and upheaval of the COVID-19 outbreak, even more people are struggling.

In fact, an April 2020 survey by the Kaiser Family Foundation revealed that nearly half of U.S. adults said their mental health has been negatively affected by coronavirus-related worry and stress.

That makes an organization’s wellbeing program more important than ever. Navigate is here to help—with an array of new mental health resources.

New video learning courses on resilience

Resilience—the ability to cope with adversity—is a vital skill for maintaining a positive outlook and nurturing a sense of self-worth. That’s why Navigate created five new resilience video courses for our customers. We know how important these resources are – especially right now.

We partnered with Dr. Kent L. Bradley, MD, MPH, MBA, and board-certified in public health and preventive medicine to address the five key strategies for building resilience: Gratitude, Confidence, Purpose, Positivity, and Relationships.

Participants can choose their own paths through the courses, using a wealth of additional resources as they see fit. Extra resources include key takeaways and habits, as well as recommended apps, books, podcasts, articles, and challenges.
